A number of players have the ability in them to see and shoot through walls. Others find a way to fly, making them nearly impossible to defeat. Today we can play with the strangers over the internet, now, real money is at stake. Games like World of Warcraft and computer environs like Second Life have their own currency or other virtual valuables that can be traded for hard US dollars. Balance founder Tony Ray says “It’ll go away when crime goes away, “There’s always somebody trying to get around the rules.” but authors of the new book Exploiting Online Games, Gary McGraw and Greg Hoglund argue that video game makers could do much more to stop it. McGraw and Hoglund say poor software design allows most cheating.
